Neighbourhood Watch
'Time for a Laugh. A reader sent this humor:' (to Paul Craig Roberts)
Said I'd save doing long quoting/excerpts but this one best seen out here.
What to say and this scoop?
Taking down the flag taker-downers, in a wash of merriment and the ridiculous prospect of trying to cleanse history is gagging for redemptive humour. An exercise, becoming a lesson in understanding, the simplistic supposed deconstruction of complex times. What a muddle this became? Anti-Trumpite motivated, bashing a specific period of struggle and superimposing; we-there/would've been different/therefore erase.
Easy go: How far back ye, oh post-moderners? No... not even this, for all is a relativist illusion to PM's. No this anti-nationals, anti-complexity, anti-perspective and special-pleading haters of humanity.
As though no rebel-flags would make a jot of diff. to anything? As though 'see the flag' does the same thing to all viewers, means the same and is, by definition of image, projecting hate symbol?
ALL images are in the eye of the beholder. We appropriate. Eyes, gaze, mind interpret and be it negatively or positively, or more-likely a convoluted mixture, this represents.
Rational redundancy. No need to think-through, just see red, RUN.
Never, more-think patronising, in bothering to explain about, no-flag irrelevancy.
But hey, blessed opp. In the wake of this debacle and shameful nonsense, had me hear about those independence and revolutionary days and what we, thought happened, and what actually did.
How about this and flags for?
Education.
As for the nighbourhood watching. The only proviso we all-know, is who said they don't already have us all down on 24/7 shifts? As for burkas and 'feeling like a woman'? Let the burkas roll, unless necessary for identification and face-seen. Feel like a... nat-u-ral wo-man? The gender-changing stuff isn't so big a deal. Yes, there's ultimate wide-spread bendering intent but it's a weapon for the neo-Marxists and we do well not to get too wound-up, except over the restrictions to express our varied opinions and traditional publicly-declaring definitions.
Here's the gem:
I took down my Rebel flag (which you can’t buy on EBAY any more) and
peeled the NRA sticker off my front window.
I disconnected my home alarm system and quit the candy-ass Neighborhood Watch.
I bought two Pakistani flags and put one at each corner of the front yard.
Then I purchased the black flag of ISIS (which you CAN Buy on EBAY)
and ran it up the flag pole.
Now the local police, sheriff, FBI, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security,
Secret Service and other agencies are all watching my house 24/7.
I’ve NEVER felt safer and I’m saving $69.95 a month that ADT used to charge me.
Plus, I bought burkas for me to wear when I shop or travel.
Everyone moves out of the way, and security can’t pat me down.
If they say I’m a male wearing a burka, I just say I’m feeling like a
woman today.
