Life of Brian – only God knows how important – this unforgettable, in my aching towards Christ. Pre-contemplation times. Heart needed, what couldn't be sure what. Sat at the end, in a most unusual place (the screening), stumped. Speechless. All I can remember, the only British person there, so deeply knocked shy. One scene that God particularly encountered me on, was when he stands and listens to 'street preachers'. As for 'in a church'? Are we kidding? Are we really this, (look respect but…), this, legalistically lost? As a 2+% struggling entity, we do well to keep grace wide and long, towards all sincere attempts to engage the 98. We live in a sterile, risk-averse world. This, not the kingdom. Have 'safe-pasture' local church? Good-on ya. As for others? Looks like, it's for good and God? Open to question? Humble? Sincere? And get this… engaging with the public, who overall, have decided to ignore us? Mmmmm? Sounds Jesus might be interested. Get it a bit wrong, not the problem. Body of Christ. Different parts.
