Confessing; “I think we are a kinder society more concerned with our own failures, more willing to be honest where we go wrong in most of our institutions.”

About the first up after all the huffing and puff about disreputable's like moi. Past 'After Las Vegas Shooting, Fake News Regains Its Megaphone' an example of a cracker-pot headline. Couple or so pages, comes reliable... Rappoport.

First though Politico, quoting; “Unfortunately, I don’t see anything different with the Vegas shooting versus what we saw after Nice or Paris,” said Alexios Mantzarlis, director of Poynter's International Fact-Checking Network. “All of these shootings seem to me to generate the same amount of fake crap.”

Others skimmed, couldn't disguise, restrained yet still pushy emotion. Profanity-light combined with sounding grown-up and tired of the children misbehaving. Less, go to straight to jail, don't pass go, more; go to bed and tidy your room. The sounds and smell of patronising affirmation.

My concern is there's not more and louder. Particularly appreciate the confirmation bias and citing historical; shootings, van rams and bombers. Long to hear the repetition of these classic terms/names. BBC's opening news broadcast exclaimed L.V. had left, America awake to this 'epidemic' after Sandy Hook and Orlando with images included.

YES. More please. And all this because, we're told, America is 'awash with guns' + mental ill-health. Do I need to put a question mark? We're not stupid are we. X+X=Y. Come on... this is madness and we are watching our irresponsibility so get; a) angry and anti- or, b) get guilty and back-down from your dumb-ass 'freedom to carry'.

Plus, guns are 'really easy to get' reporter going on to explain, this could be... wait for it, 'from' -- more -- 'disreputable characters'. Man finds it hard to hold down the faint glimmer of a sarcastic smile. Plenty of opp. here to wallow. It's the supposed-'progressives' in their self-righteous, most-confident, good times.

The joys of hate and the project onto; all them gun-tooting, paranoid pushers of 'fake news' about our beloved guardians. About "us" therefore, must be stopped.

The sums are clear, poor USA and now nasty Trump, is in more crisis/chaos/conflict with reasoned normality. The media whip is out and on a frenzy: Be them dirty racist red-necks, albeit in suited/skirted disguise.

The smack-down is precious satisfaction for BBC US bod, Jon Sopel, who was told mid-question by DT in his first press-outing:

"Wait... where you from?" Upon hearing "the BBC" impatiently interrupts, "oh that's another beaut...". This the disgruntled and dismissive Trump, long-since mulled into appeasement. Jon though, see it in his face, never forgotten.

Therefore, a forensic issue and understandably leaning to this being the next one in a series.

Fake's without causalities are much easier to rumble than a near-on, impossible get too-far with and false-flag. If the two can be confused sufficiently, best enemy plan and better still divide up investigators.

The need to insist the more mainstream i.e. IW and regular guests, all utterly avoid, all and any talk of fakery. Better still, have them dismiss and claim distance from and prize jackpot -- get critical about.

Reverse psychologise re gun-laws. More about taking up the airwaves with squabbling and increasing breakdown of what diminishing cohesion exists.

See how quickly the move-on and forget takes? Ideals-again; make or allow, the questions to be more plentiful and suspicious looking. Ultimate direction is a revelation of method. Eventually, they'll let the cat out with some cock'n bull that aliens or entities or rogue elements infiltrated or - or...

False flag in Vegas shooting?

False flags always target the psychological state of mind of the public. Mind control is the goal.

To boil it down, a false flag is an operation staged to blame someone for a crime, someone who didn’t commit the crime.

Why? Because by blaming that person or group, and by convincing many others to blame that person or group, you achieve an important objective.

Simplistic over-exaggerated version: “Last night, a homeless man was found shot dead in an alley. The gun was found next to his body. The Mayor’s fingerprints were on the [planted] gun. The Mayor was arrested at his office. The election nears. The Mayor’s opponent now appears to have a clear path to victory…”

Less simplistic version: “…the worst mass shooting in US history. Stephen Paddock, 64, has been named as the Las Vegas shooter. He is dead. He killed 58 people at a concert and wounded 515 others. In the Congress, calls are rising for new gun control laws…”

But, as it turns out, the evidence suggests there were multiple shooters in the Mandalay Hotel. Paddock may or may not have been one of them. The overall operation was designed to invoke widespread horror and fear, and usher in new restrictions on gun ownership…

The other possible shooters in the hotel would have been professionals, tasked with killing as many people as possible at the country music concert.
