Need to write now I’ve started but what? Or more importantly, why? Perhaps lack of readership is a factor, but this never previously stopped me. Already, I sense an internal dialogue and indulgence that rattles the nerves. Thing is, I get in a routine and splutter whatever—or don’t. At all.

About the most interesting of voices in recent days is Jordan Peterson. I should try formulate a response. The learning and inspiration is most helpful. Have crits about one or two of his lines but they are at least understandable. And perhaps, without what I perceive as his errors of judgement or better said, positions, he wouldn’t gain quite the platform he has.

Trust he's sincere in these disputable for-me convictions but I'll be curious to see how he faces the questions, presumably someone will pop up at Q & A and ask. About this or that...

Until then/and anyway, I'll ask them in my appraisal. Mostly hungry to hear and appreciation, I have to say, particularly these ten talks in this first series of lectures.

Call it, beginning to ‘clean my room’ and do what JP advocates. Make a routine and action proceed revelation. TS should be social commentary with Plant a Seed, biblical, a verse and a thought. All in one.

Jordan’s Bible series is all the more powerful because he reads Bible passages and seriously engagingly so. The question is how much, does this add to or combine into the outcome? The presentation, the preach. Insisting on reading the source.

For me it's crucial.

He is talking of doing talks on particular ancient writings. In (my) making the case the Bible is of another order, it’ll be interesting to see how these talks come across. Perhaps compare?

And JP is saying he aims to continue the going through the Bible. I would happily listen along (he’s talking of making them monthly) and write on these as they are posted. Until then, I’ll perhaps find some things he said and gabber on.

For here now, leave with his emotional disclosure about young men and the deep silence when talking ‘responsibility’. The need to care and can make a difference. Much could rant and type about.
